ciao! we're Nico & Fran.
Nico & Fran started Pistakio out of their college dorm — frustrated that every pistachio product they could find in the US was imported, overpriced, or didn't actually taste like pistachios. Italian-founded and woman-owned, they set out to make the nut they grew up on more authentic and approachable: a premium ingredient turned everyday pantry staple.
Every jar is small-batch and made with real pistachios. Bake it, drizzle it, mix it, slather it, or just eat it straight off the spoon.
